Overview: The Sena 700w leather case is a sleek well designed practical case that is great for everyday use.

The first thing I noticed about the Sena 700w case was its sleek leather design. The case is specifically designed for the Treo 700w and has a snug fit. Unlike other cases, the SENA case fit very well and did not have a lot of extra material. The stitching is of top workmanship and the leather material is of very good quality.




While the case is closed, there is access to the volume, side button, the audio jack in the bottom of the Treo, access to the stylus, and the volume switch. Additionally, the camera lens is exposed and a screen covers the speaker on the back.



The case is secured by a strap that is attached to the front of the Treo case and goes over the top of the unit and snaps into the back. This strap only interferes with the memory card slot and it is very easy to unsnap the case should you need to put in or take out a memory card. It is fairly easy to take the Treo out of the case and I only had to do this when restarting the phone.



Perhaps the best feature of the Sena case is the soft leather cover. The case has a space on the inside for a credit card or business card and two SD memory cards. Sena brilliantly engineered two small magnets on each side of the earpiece on the front of the case and two small magnets exactly opposite on the cover, allowing you to easily open and close the cover. The magnets make the snap closing cases obsolete. It is easy to open and close the case with just one hand and a little snap of the wrist. The magnets are strong enough to hold the cover closed, while still allowing easy cover removal.

When the case is open, the entire touch pad and screen is exposed with a small strip of the case separating the screen from the keypad. There is a small hole exposing the charging light on the top of the phone as well.




The only negative of this case is the need to open the front of the case in order to charge the Treo. While there is full access to the headphone jack, there is no access to the charging plug or the computer connection on the bottom of the Treo.

Those looking to clip the Treo on a belt clip can pick up the belt clip model of the Sena MagneticFlipper cases.

Overall this is an excellent case and comes highly recommended.
